“Who Really Owns the Jet?” — Jerry Ahmed Shaib Demands Transparency Over Aircraft Linked to Ibrahim Mahama

The Member of Parliament for Weija-Gbawe, Jerry Ahmed Shaib, has called for transparency regarding the ownership of a private jet reportedly associated with businessman Ibrahim Mahama.

Speaking in the Parliament of Ghana, the lawmaker raised concerns about the timing of the aircraft’s acquisition. He alleged that the jet appears to be obtained during periods when Ibrahim Mahama’s brother, John Dramani Mahama, is in power.

According to the MP, the circumstances surrounding the aircraft’s ownership raise questions that require public clarification.

“Ibrahim Mahama only buys a jet when his brother is in power; we need full disclosure on who actually owns the jet,” Ahmed stated during his address in Parliament.

His comments have sparked renewed discussions about transparency and accountability in public discourse involving high-profile business figures and political leadership.
