Clapback Season: Nana Aba Anamoah Fires Back at Kwasi Kwarteng Over Jet Saga Shade

Media personality Nana Aba Anamoah has hit back strongly at lawyer Kwasi Kwarteng after he took a swipe at her on social media while criticising John Dramani Mahama over the ongoing presidential jet controversy.
Kwasi Kwarteng, in a lengthy post on X, mocked what he described as Nana Aba’s “logic,” using sarcasm to question the use of state resources versus private assets linked to businessman Ibrahim Mahama. He went further to label her stance as politically opportunistic, ending his remarks with a jab at her Women of Valour initiative.
But Nana Aba wasn’t having it.
In a sharp response, she dismissed his comments as mere “noise”, accusing him of trying to curry favour with the Mahamudu Bawumia, the NPP’s flagbearer.
She also made it clear that she is not aligned to any political party, stressing:
👉 “I’m a proud Woman of Valour and I won’t kowtow to any political party.”
The heated exchange has since sparked reactions online, with many weighing in on the politics, loyalty, and independence of public figures in Ghana’s current discourse.
