Nana Agradaa Set for March 3 Release — Lawyer Cites Remission Policy

Lawyer Richard Asare Baffour has announced that Patricia Asiedua Asiamah, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, is expected to be released on March 3, 2026.
According to her counsel, the anticipated release is in line with Ghana’s remission policy, which permits a reduction in custodial sentences based on statutory provisions and demonstrated good conduct while in custody.
Nana Agradaa was convicted on charges including charlatanic advertisement and defrauding by false pretences.
Although she was initially handed a longer prison term, the sentence was later reduced, paving the way for her early release under the remission framework.
Her impending freedom is already generating conversation, with many closely watching what her next chapter will look like.
