Popular Ghanaian entrepreneur and socialite Maame Sika has once again set social media buzzing after a birthday message she shared for controversial preacher Reverend Obofour rekindled long-standing rumours about their alleged relationship.
Reverend Obofour, founder and leader of the Anointed Palace Chapel (APC), marked his birthday on Sunday, February 1, 2026, with heartfelt messages pouring in from family, friends, and church members. His wife, Queen Ciara (Bofowaa), also joined loved ones to celebrate the milestone with warm tributes online.
However, it was Maame Sika’s post that drew the most attention.
Maame Sika’s birthday message raises eyebrows
The Oseikrom Aduanipa CEO took to Snapchat to celebrate the preacher, sharing a recent photo of herself standing beside Reverend Obofour. Both were dressed in all-white outfits and posed sternly for the camera. The post, later reshared on Instagram by blogger Hiz Sarpomaah Official, was accompanied by a glowing caption:
“Happy birthday, His Royal Majesty. None like you. You are whatever you think you are.”
In a follow-up post, Maame Sika further stirred reactions when she referred to herself as “Sofo Maame”—loosely translated as “Pastor’s wife”—while sharing another image of Obofour preaching before his congregation.

This is not the first time Maame Sika has been linked to Reverend Obofour. In March 2025, similar speculation intensified after the businesswoman reportedly donated GH₵100,000 towards the one-week funeral observation of the preacher’s late mother, Nana Afia Pokuaa.

Reverend Obofour has been married to Queen Ciara for many years, long before he rose to prominence in ministry. The couple share six children, including triplets who live abroad with their mother. Their sixth child was welcomed in 2025.
